Veith
(*1980 in Germany) studied Romance philology, German
philology and art history in Würzburg (Germany),
Santiago de Chile and Naples (Italy). He wrote his
sociolinguistic dissertation about the Italians in
Argentina (2006). Since 2007 he is a lecturer of German
language and linguistics at the University of Salamanca
in Spain. He speaks seven languages.
He travelled through Europe, North Africa, North and
South America (30,000 miles by car from Amazonia to
Tierra del Fuego). Art prizes, exhibitions, book
illustrations, slide shows. He wrote his first novel
“The Return of the Vespucci” at the age of 18. |
